VICHY IDEAL SUMMER EVENT

It is summer!!! Apart from the weather being rather moody lately, it feels like we are finally starting this wonderful season.
And nothing better to kick off this time of the year, than going to an event of skin care products like Vichy Ideal Summer, hosted this week at Beechwood Gardens,in Johannesburg. I went with my Spanish friend Jaime and we had a lovely time getting to know the Vichy brand and its products.
Vichy Laboratories is a premium brand of skincare, body care, make-up and anti-aging products owned by Loreal under its Active Cosmetics Division.
A sunny day and a lovely garden was the perfect setting where Vichy launched its Ideal Summer Sun Care Campaign, creating awareness about the importance of looking after the skin with the right products to prevent early aging and skin cancer.
Did u know that each year there are more new cases of skin cancer than the combined incidence cancers of breast, prostate, lung and colon?
The event was an opportunity for this internationally-renowned ski
n care brand
to announce their brand new ambassador, former Miss SA

This event was also the opportunity to announce their news brand ambassador for South Africa, Brazil and US, former Miss South Africa, Liesl Laurie.
Did you know that ultraviolet radiation is a proven human carcinogen? To prevent this, Vichy developed its Idéal Soleil Range and the 3 in 1 Tinted Anti Dark Spots Care SPF50+.
I can't wait to try this products to give you soon  my reviews about it ;)
As some of you know, I have an obsesion about African Fashion. Here with Khwezi Mabaso, Medical Sales Rep for La Roche Posaty. How beautiful is her look?
Here with Brand Ambassador of Vichy Liesl Laurie and other African Goddesses.
Thanks Vichy for this invitation! As you can see I am rocking my 5th month of my pregnancy :)
Don't forget that regular daily use of an SPF15 or higher sunscreen reduces the risk of developing squamous cell carcinoma by about 40 percent and the risk of developing melanoma by 50 percent.
